Meet the Team

Owner/Therapist: Hillary Gordon is the owner of Horizon Therapy Services, PLLC, originally from Sweet Water, Alabama. After moving to Tuscaloosa in 2003 for her Speech-Language Pathology degree at the University of Alabama, she graduated in 2008 and began her career in rehab settings in Meridian, MS. In 2013, her husband’s military career took them to Germany, where she worked at a private clinic in Landstuhl. They returned to the U.S. in 2015and moved to Navarre, FL, where she worked in private practice and schools while considering starting her own practice. In 2020, the family relocated to San Antonio, TX, and Hillary decided to pursue her dream of opening her business, leading to the creation of Horizon Therapy Services. With a focus on pediatric therapy, she has experience with various disorders and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Therapist: Tiffany Mansell is married and has two boys who love playing baseball. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and loves to shop! Tiffany graduated from Maryville University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in May of 2023. She has years of experience working with children in the school setting. She is excited to begin her new journey at Horizon.

Therapist: Gabriella Granados was born and raised in San Antonio. She received her undergraduate degree from Our Lady of the Lake University and her graduate degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Gabby is passionate about helping children become the best version of themselves. She believes in open communication and collaboration to help each child succeed in their speech, language, and feeding goals. When she is not working with patients at Horizon, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, Hazelnut, reading, trying new restaurants, and traveling!

Therapist: Analisa Lopez McCall is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a great love for communication. She was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas. She attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 2016 and graduate degree in 2018. Analisa has many years of experience in the school setting, working with children in various states, including Texas, Colorado, California, and Washington, as a travel SLP. She loves working with children to help share their wants and needs. She has a strong passion for supporting early intervention, receptive/expressive/pragmatic language skills, articulation, and bilingual children. Analisa enjoys hiking, camping, eating good food, and traveling with her husband and dog, Leia.

Therapist: Yamayle Santamaria is a warm, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist who truly enjoys helping her clients find their voice and express themselves with confidence. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of North Texas. Her therapy approach is all about partnership; she strives to create a comfortable space where families feel welcome to collaborate in supporting their child’s communication. Outside of work, Yamayle enjoys spending time with her loved ones, trying new foods, and shopping!

Therapist: Jasmine Lopez was born and raised in San Antonio. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas State and her graduate degree in speech-language pathology from Our Lady of the Lake San Antonio. She is passionate about serving the early childhood pediatric population, helping them reach their full potential and make a difference in their everyday lives. She has experience working with children in school and home health settings.  She believes in collaboration with the team and with families to help each child succeed in their speech, language, and feeding goals. When she is not working with patients and their families at Horizon, she enjoys reading, hiking, listening to music, being outdoors, cooking/baking, trying new restaurants, spending time with my family, and shopping.
